A waste of money? Noooo ...
Bloomberg is making a direct monetary contribution to the 'communist' Chinese state treasury. Maybe he is lobbying the Chinese government for a favor or position of power?

Oh no most mentally ill people know that no one cares. Gail K Shuler is a special case though.

Why did Rudy Crew leave New York City, as chancelor, and go to Miami FL, to become supervisor?
"Dr. Crew was a prophet without honor in his adopted land. The mayor at that time, Rudolph W. Giuliani, whose education policy basically consisted of putting public dollars into tuition vouchers for private schools, drove the chancellor out of town with a campaign of public criticism. "
