A capacitor is an electrical/electronic device that can store energy
in the electric field between a pair of conductors (called "plates").
The process of storing energy in the capacitor is known as "charging",
and involves electric charges of equal magnitude, but opposite
polarity, building up on each plate.

 Hi everyone
I knew I was developing cataracts and when my optometrist told me he
could not do anything more with glasses to correct my deteriorating
vision, I had the surgery. Just had it on my right eye; left eye is
scheduled for a few weeks from now.
I had the Clariflex monofical IOL done yesterday. Today I had the

Is there any evidence to suggest that it is possible for an adult with
strabismus but with two otherwise healthy eyes - who has *never* had
stereopsis - to develop stereopsis with or without surgery?

Today I realized that what was look at wasn't clear. My distance visions
seemed fine, but close up I had a blurry spot in the middle. It was the
same with either eye closed. In fact, I still had it when I closed both
eyes; though it seemed like a tiny stained glass window.
I laid down and closed my eyes; the disturbence got bigger and less

Just under 5 years ago I developed a large floater in my left eye. It still
perminantly blocks my vision (as in makes it blurry). Within a month I had
developed smaller ones in my right eye. To this day these ones float around
more, so one minute things are blurry and the next minute things are clear.

I knew there was trouble, as my vision was getting worse 4 years after
my initial cataract surgery. Now I've been told I have a secondary
cataract that can be resolved with the YAG procedure. I was ery
nearsighted prior to the surgery(-7.0), and now the eye is at -1.5. A
few questions about this procedure :
