Ah, 'tis the season for the media to spend the next 2+ months in a
seemingly endless diatribe about whether or not college football needs
or can run a playoff and who should/should not be in the championship
game.

It'd be easier if they just took the shows from 10 years ago and
simply over-dubbed the year.

No matter whose "new" idea is proposed, the fact is that those in
control gain too much from the current controlled system and have no
interest in what is fair or logical.
