I find it interesting that a cheap shot artist like Ward is considered
"dirty".  Back in the Conrad Dobler days it was the guy who stepped on
your fingers or punched you in the adam's apple.

This is unpossible.  I have it on good (as in good and loud) authority
that only Ravens fans feel that Hines Ward is a dirty player, and those
only because they're jealous of the Steelers.  Surely there can't be
that many Ravens fans playing in the National Football League?

...then you haven't seen some of his truly vile hits.  I don't say it
lightly when I point out that I would be quite happy to see his career
ended via injury.  Hines Ward is a despicable coward with no place in
honest competition between sportsmen.

I've seen a lot of them.  They are violent and unexpected...they
generally aren't dirty.

Not a Stillers fan, but if I'm a GM or HC, but give me a locker room
full of players with his attitude, and we'll beat people.  Saw
Cortland Finnegan of the Titans high on the list. Near the top of my
favorite players in the NFL.  Small college, attitude, and will
bygawdhitchee!

All time favorite hitter - Cliff Harris, Dallas Cowboys.  Charlie
Waters said he would have had many more career picks if he hadn't had
to be looking over his shoulder for #43.

Disculpa Senora shiite, pero did you really mime the following  on
11/5/2009 7:30 PM???

And another thing - if you notice, most of the people on the list are
defensive players who make tackles and hits.  And the offensive dudes
are all linemen who are probably on the list because they try chop
blocks or whatever.

Ward is the only "skill" position player on the list - and that pretty
much explains why he's on the list.  All of the macho defense types like
the Ray Lewis' of the world can't get reconciled to teh fact that
there's an offensive player who can block and hit as well as them!
Pussies...

never been the case?   We only need to look at last year's AFC
championship and 6th superbowl victory as a recent example.  Plus your
obsession with the refs "giving" the steelers superbowls.  Yoi!
