More or less. I was living in Nevada city at the time, and traveled to Reno
frequently. I knew Tuna, and his friends, but not well. We didn't get close
untill I moved to Redding.
I didn't know Becky untill after she had split from Ali, whom I met only
once. The last time I saw her, she had remarried and was hosting the 30/60
game at Bay 101. I havent heard anything about her in over 10 years.
The girl tuna married was "Isabel" a tall redhead who had a son from a
previous marraige. They had 2 kids then split because of her drug use. Tuna
got custody of the kids, and paid for her to go to rehab. At that time she
was friends with my giflfriend, but I have lost track of her also.
I knew that Tuna had cancer, and that Brad Daugherty(his best friend) had
moved back to Reno to help take care of him and his children.
We were once close, but I haven,t spoke to him in a long time. The last time
I saw him was about 3 years ago, at the Harah's Rincon W.S.O.P. circuit
event. He was travelling with Mike Laing
The Bank of Tuna helped me out many times, and I am sorry to hear of his
passing. I wonder if Isabel will get the kids? or will his parents get
custody.
