I've seen better drives at 'Dega (Elliott in 1985 Spring, Earnhardt in
2000 Fall) but my hat's off to Jimmie and Chad. Never panicked.

Correct decision on N's part. Blocking goes on in every restrictor
plate race (and a whole bunch of other stpcl car races, too) and as
far as I know, it isn't like the pointy-nose car series where blocking
is illegal.
Good for Tony and bad for Smith - I didn't like Smith's attitude in
his interview, either. Is he officialy a whiner? ;-)

I think Regan Smith should have been declared the winner.
But NA$CAr continues to do what they think is best, that is create talk.
All the boards are lit up once again, not because of what drivers do,
but what N specializes in--Create Controversy & try to distract attention
from the NFL & MLB to Racin', and we fail to recognize N's MO every time.

Carl's teammate Kenseth basically said the same thing as Harvick.
Hope Kenseth doesn't get threatened by a Carl punch at the team meeting. ;)

I agree. He broke the rule. I don't agree that the rule makes for better
racing. I prefer the "if you don't want them to race there, don't pave
it" philosophy.

That's the way Jeff Gordon 'splained it on Wind Tunnel.
JG took it out of N's hands when he spun blocking KHarvick awhile back.
Maybe so....anyway, even though I obviously wanted TS to win,
Nascar needs to stick with a rule, period.
