You're risking having to go back to Day 1 - or have I misunderstood

Well, 'twas meant to be a joke. Some people do have palpitations when
you mention toasted bagels. New Yorkers in particular hate when anyone
eats a bagel that is not the approved sort of bagel and/or fails to do
so in the approved manner.
