Our startup is part of the organization which brought Internet email
to Pakistan several years ago. We are now embarking on several
exciting Web 2.0 based projects that encompass the exciting fields of
social networking, location aware eBusiness, micro-payments and online
financial services.

We immediately require the services of coding master/web guru
resources who understand not just the technology but how it can be
used to develop world class new businesses.

The incumbent will be part of our founding team aiming to conceive
innovative project ideas and develop capacities to deliver and manage
the same. We are looking for candidates essentially having following
working profile.

1. Significant experience in data intensive web applications developed
using Ruby On Rails, and, as needed, PHP, AJAX, HTML, CSS and MySQL.

2. Thorough experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

3. Solid knowledge of agile development practices, must be able to
handle rapid iterations

4. Good skills in database architecture.

5. Great sense of web design and excellent user interface design.

6. At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

Preference will be given to candidates with following skill-sets:

7. Expertise in Ruby on Rails framework will be HIGHLY preferred.

8. Working experience of Web Toolkits and APIs --- especially Google
Maps for manipulating maps online

9. Working experience of a wide variety of XML-based web services.

10. Experience integrating searching technologies with web
applications.
