Hi Fellow Railers!

The latest major release of Rails is here. There are several good new
features like Active Resource as well as many performance enhancements
like Active Record performance.

I want us all to quickly adopt new rails version as performance has
been major issue in old versions of rails.  Adopting rails 2.0 would
be really easy if you have been using edge rails for past few
months :)
