MONITORING STAFF
Person hired for this job will have the following responsibilities and
duties

1.      Computer literate and have ability to learn and operate the
software.
2.      Coordination with different customers throughout Pakistan regarding
alarms
3.      Report making and follow-up
4.      Have good communication skills.
5.      Perform uplinking/alarm monitoring via calling the customers,
dispatching the response force to the site, recording the outcome of
the incident.
6.      Providing technical help regarding the panels to the customer.
7.      Filling.
8.      Graduate with speaking power  both in English and Urdu
9.      Ready to work in Shifts day/night
SERVICES TECHNICIANS
Person hired for this job will have the following responsibilities and
duties

1.      Mainly responsible for Unlinking, trouble shooting the ADT alarm
panels.
2.      Can trouble shoot difficult faults relating to alarm panels?
3.      Have experience in wiring and its installation
4.      Ready to work long hours and in shifts
5.      Can write visit and complains reports
6.      Is able to give the necessary training to the customer regarding the
operation of the alarm systems
7.      Can do installation of extra devices.
8.      Diploma in Electrical / electronics with 1 to 2 years experience.
9.      Having his own motorbike.

CCC OFFICERS
Person hired for this job will have the following responsibilities and
duties

1.      Computer literate and have ability to learn and operate the
software.
2.      Have good communication skills.
3.      Perform monitoring fee collection via calling the customers,
dispatching the collection officers to site, recording the outcome of
the collection.
4.      Contacting the customers who have requested for DISCO.
5.       Meeting them personally and making sure that they continue the ADT
services.

SALES PROFESSIONALS

1.      Direct sales calls
2.      Computer literate and have ability to learn
