Is there a bi-weekly repeat? Meaning, an event that happens every
other wednesday?

Hi -

In the "When"
click "repeats"
select "daily"
select "day 14"

It will repeat your event every two weeks.

...or

In the "When"
click "repeats"
select "weekly"
select "repeat every 2 weeks"
pick the day or days you want
