Finally we have the official declaration, for which the civil society
and well wishers of south asia have been striving. Of course this
single action can change the fate of south asian nations.
This is only the beginning , the real effort starts now to look for
the viable action plan and convince decision makers to take action.

Given the interest taken by the society leading to the declaration, it
can be hoped that the follow up will be equally enthusiastic and 2010
in Srilanka will see some change on ground also.
