  <title type="text">Woolly-Necked Stock - Ranthambhore National Park</title>

  Dear All &lt;br&gt; Just back from a wonderful visit to Ranthambhore NP. A photograph of Woolly-Necked Stock is attached. It was taken in route no 4 of the park. &lt;br&gt; We also came to know about tigress died in mysterious circumstances about a couple of months back. She had 2 nine to ten month old cubs. The forest staff are keeping eye on the cubs and leaving some food to enable them to survive.  They have not decided on their future as to whether they are going remain in the forest or transferred to some zoo.

  A 1st winter bird - on the ground that &lt;br&gt; the black gorget has disappeared. In fact, while looking for it I &lt;br&gt; noticed the small vertical dark streak on the side of the breast which &lt;br&gt; may represent the residual bit of the gorget. The supercilium &lt;br&gt; surrounding the ear coverts being common to both (juv and 1st winter).
