Here is the update on the second episode of the KESC saga, which I had promised last week and has electrified (?) the city for the last 12 years, .

A few days back, I received an email from a well placed friend in the KESC, who informed me that KESC would be forced to resort to 8 hours of load shedding, for two hours each, every day. This means, combined with unexpected breakdowns, etc., we will be without electricity for at least ten hours a day.
