this week, we begin FSGP Rivalry Week(s). This refers to the 5 Pac rivlaries; Cal-Stan, WSU-UW, UO-OSU, SC-UCLA, and UA-ASU. These games are mandatory, and count in your FSGP score whether you pick them or not. After all 5 rivalry games are played, we treat those 5 games as it's own week, and whoever picks them the best win Rivalry Week(s).... more »

It's possible for six teams to end up with conference records of 6-3. If it weren't for the fact that only Cal and USC would end up 9-3, sending you-know-who to the Rose Bowl, I'd be rooting for it harder than any individual team effort (well, excepting this Saturday, of course - my appreciation of a world class cluster**** does have... more »

and the ESPY for most anti-climactic return after a suspension goes to...... Hard to believe we're down to 3 weeks left. What a great time for a prognosticator to step up, take us all by surprise with a big week and overtake the leader before the leader has time to recover.
