Chemistry is only a factor if Kwame is in or somewhere near the
starting line up.  If he's buried underneath several other players on
the depth chart, and brought out only for limited and specific
purposes, he's unlikely to affect chemistry much.  You never heard
about DJ Mbenga or Ira Newble having much impact on the team
chemistry, after all.

Moreover, disappointing player though he was, Kwame was well-liked in
the locker room.  His being their wouldn't hurt team morale in any way.
