Engineering & Capital Goods

  a.. The capital goods sector is expected to see moderate YoY growth, led by infrastructure development.
  b.. We expect order book for most of the companies to be robust.
  c.. Margin of most of the companies to be impacted on back of rise in Interest rate & commodity prices. (Impact of falling commodity prices will be in Q3 FY09 and Q4FY09).
