Subject: Stock Queries:NFO's,Hindalco Rights,PNB
Q.Dear Raghav, It is Bharti AXA Equity Fund, worth investing in? A:Though Bharti AXA Equity Fund comes with a strong foundation (in terms of promotors and linage),I will not invest in the fund at this point of time, wait for atleast 2 full quarters and then decide on investing in the fund or not. There are a lot of good equity funds with beaten down NAV's that one can choose from, to invest right now,so why go for a new fund at this point? A:Hindalco closed at 99.35 on the NSE on Friday and there is a strong possibility that you could get it at 96 odd levels in the next 2/3 days. Unless, Hindalco closes above 107 before the end of this week, the stock will continue to remain weak. In such a scenario, its best to wait till the last day of the issue and then take the final call based on the market movement of the price. A:Hold on, you'll see a reasonable return on your investment, before your year is over. Yours truly, Raghav @ Raghav's Picks
