Why am I seeing the message "Oops. A calendar already exists..." when I access Google Calendar?
If
you've recently signed up for Google Apps with the same email address
associated with your Google Calendar, you'll be redirected to an error
message page when accessing http://www.google.com/calendar
It's
not possible to have a Google Apps Account and a non-hosted Google
Account both using the same email address. Don't fret though, your
non-hosted Google Calendar hasn't disappeared forever. You'll just need
to make some changes in order to access your Google Calendar.
To
gain access to your non-hosted Google Calendar, go to
http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=39411 and follow
the steps to change the email address associated with your Google
Account to something not containing your domain name. Once you've
changed the email address, you should be able to access both your
Google Apps Calendar and your non-hosted Google Calendar normally.
Why doesn't my calendar have a Private Address?
If
you want to export your calendar or subscribe to its private feed from
other applications but don't see the Private Address section for your
calendar, you'll need to contact your domain administrator.
Google
Calendar for Google Apps enables domain administrators to control the
amount of information users can share with people outside of their
domain. Note that if your domain administrator has restricted the
amount of information shared with non-domain users, you won't be able
to view your calendar's Private Address.
Domain administrators can enable
Private Addresses by visiting the calendar service settings section in
their control panels, then selecting the "Share all information, and
outsiders can change calendars" option. For more details on managing a
domain's sharing options, please visit

I'm trying to share with someone outside my domain but am having problems.
This
relates to the question directly above too (Why doesn't my calendar
have a Private Address?). Talk to your domain administrator if:
1. You'd like to make your calendar publicly available, but the "Share
all information on this calendar with everyone" option is hidden from
your calendar's sharing settings.
2. You're only able to grant friends outside your domain access to see Free/Busy info on your calendars.
Domain administrators can enable
Private Addresses by visiting the calendar service settings section in
their control panels, then selecting the "Share all information, and
outsiders can change calendars" option. For more details on managing a

Google Calendar Gadget on your start page.
Please
keep in mind that the Google Calendar Gadget on your start page differs
from the Google Calendar Gadget for iGoogle. It's currently expected
that your primary calendar (first one in your list) is the only
calendar that will display on your Google Calendar Gadget on your start
page. Additionally, you won't see the Quick Add feature.
We're
aware of the desire to have similar functionality for the Calendar
Gadget for your start page as is offered with the Calendar Gadget for
iGoogle. Feel free to let us know you'd like these features by posting
in the "Feature Requests & Miscellaneous" subgroup at
