Let's assume the crucifiction really took place (ie. that the fiction
is real)... and then a few later Jesus rose from the dead. What's the
big deal about when he didn't commit the "ultimate sacrifice," which
is to die and be really dead?

Your guess is as good as mine.
I know the Mormons are sold a bill of goods - ie you have to do this,
and be this way, etc, etc. and you will be blessed to be with your
family for all eternity. So they get married in the temple, tithe
their 10% etc. Just sounds like an earthly insurance policy to me.

Hi philososphy , I have personally met one to the JW's 144,000 ,
actually it was a old married couple , they seemed perfectly
normal . I wonder how they actually know if they are one of the

Well I did what I said and invited him, but he has dematerialized.
Maybe my suggestion, on another link, that he was part of the
I AM cult, had something to do with it. First time he's gone to
ground though. He's usually dishing it out. We'll see, he may
come back.
